The fine print, in plain words
A few things to know before you join.
Does a membership guarantee I can get a drip?
No. Every visit still starts with a clinician screening, and the clinician can say no. If that happens, your included drip is not used up and rolls into the next month.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are personal because the screening is personal. Circle members get a guest pass each quarter, and the guest goes through the same screening.
What if I travel for a month?
Unused drips roll over for 60 days. If you will be gone longer, pause your membership from the front desk. Pauses are free and take effect at the next billing date.
How do I cancel?
Tell any lounge, by email or in person, with 30 days' notice. No forms, no retention call.
