How the interactive tools work

The appointment flow, FAQ search, visit checklist, and insurance question builder run in your browser. They do not intentionally transmit their entries or choices, use account sign-in, or save those choices in local storage. Refreshing the page resets these tools. The appointment flow uses a fixed fictional contact instead of collecting personal information.

Site delivery and ordinary logs

The hosting server may retain ordinary technical request information used to deliver and protect the website. This concept does not make promises about anonymous browsing or special health-data protections. Do not submit personal medical information to this demo or to the agency contact form.

Illustrative branding and images

Meridian’s name, identity, care model, and images are used for an original website concept. Photographs are generated images of fictional models and spaces. They do not depict real Meridian clinicians, patients, facilities, treatment outcomes, or endorsements.

External links and the agency website

Educational links lead to separate sites with their own policies. Links to Full Waiting Room return to the agency website, where its own privacy policy applies. A practice owner’s inquiry on that website is separate from the fictional appointment demonstration.
