The booking and inquiry forms are browser-only demonstrations. They do not submit names, email addresses, or messages to a server. Please leave the fictional sample details in place and do not enter health information, photographs, or medical records.

What this tab can remember.

The demo can use session storage for procedure discussion-list selections, recovery checklist checkmarks, and an example appointment's interest, format, date, and time. It does not store contact details. The controls on those pages let you clear the selections; closing the tab ends the normal session-storage lifecycle.

No actual appointment or payment.

A confirmation, reschedule, or cancellation affects the demonstration only. A calendar download contains an event explicitly labeled as a demo. No payment processing, real clinical scheduling, or email confirmation is connected.

Website hosting and links.

As with ordinary website hosting, the server may log requests and technical information needed to serve the website. This concept's scripts do not add advertising trackers. Links to external resources follow those sites' policies. The real Full Waiting Room inquiry form follows the main website's privacy policy.
