The surgeon

Dr. Elena Marsh, MD, FACS

A board-certified plastic surgeon with a deliberately small practice: one operating schedule, one consultation calendar, and no associate you meet on the day. Fictional profile for a website concept.

Training and certification

Credentials you can verify, not adjectives you have to trust.

  • Board-certified in plastic surgery (fictional profile; a real site would link to the certifying board's verification page)
  • Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, FACS (fictional profile)
  • Fellowship-trained in aesthetic surgery of the face and breast
  • Operates only in accredited surgical facilities with board-certified anesthesiologists
  • Hospital privileges maintained for the procedures performed in the office surgery center

On a live site this section would carry the surgeon's medical school, residency, fellowship, board certification with a verification link, hospital privileges, society memberships, and years in practice. Nothing here is a claim about a real person.

Philosophy

What a small practice makes possible.

Fewer operations a week, longer consultations, and a surgeon who answers her own post-operative calls. That is the trade, and it is deliberate.

  • 01

    One surgeon, every step

Dr. Marsh performs every consultation, every operation, and every follow-up personally. There is no associate you meet on the day.

  • 02

    Planning over promising

Decisions are made on measurements, photographs, and simulations, not on adjectives. You see the plan before you agree to it.

  • 03

    Fees in writing, in advance

The surgeon's fee range is published. Your written quote includes the facility, anesthesia, garments, and every follow-up for a year.

  • 04

The right answer is sometimes no

About one consultation in five ends with a recommendation not to operate, or to do less. That advice is part of the fee.

The facility

Where the operations happen.

Surgery takes place in an accredited outpatient surgery center with board-certified anesthesiologists, recovery nursing, and transfer agreements with a nearby hospital. Overnight nursing is arranged for longer procedures and is included in the written quote where it is recommended.

  • Accredited by a recognised surgical facility accreditation body (named on a live site)
  • Board-certified anesthesiologist on every case
  • Overnight nurse for facelifts, abdominoplasty, and combined procedures
  • Hospital transfer agreement and emergency protocols reviewed annually
