LASIK & vision correction · Los Angeles concept

Your vision.
Precisely

Know the possibilities

One goal.
Different ways to get there.

The right starting point is a conversation about your prescription, eye health, and daily life. A clinician determines whether any procedure is appropriate.

These are different procedures with different risks. Glasses and contact lenses remain valid alternatives. No procedure can guarantee a particular result.

The APERTURE approach

Precision starts
before the procedure.

A good recommendation is built from careful measurements, honest discussion, and time to ask questions.

01

Map the eye. Understand the person.

Corneal shape and thickness, tear film, and prescription are only part of the story. Your routines and expectations matter, too.

02

Make room for “not right now.”

Sometimes the best next step is treating an eye-surface concern, waiting for a stable prescription, or staying with glasses.

Your complete patient guide ↗
01

Start with questions.

Bring your goals and your glasses prescription. Learn what a comprehensive assessment involves.

02

Understand your options.

Discuss candidacy, procedure differences, limitations, recovery, and a written cost breakdown.

03

Decide in your own time.

Take the information home. A consultation is an opportunity to learn, not a commitment to surgery.

Good questions deserve clear answers

A little more clarity.
A lot less guesswork.

All your questions ↗
How do I know if LASIK is right for me?

An in-person evaluation checks prescription stability, corneal shape and thickness, tear film, and overall eye health. A website questionnaire cannot establish candidacy.

Could I still need glasses afterward?

Yes. Laser vision correction aims to reduce dependence on glasses. Residual prescription, changes with age, and near-vision needs can still mean glasses are useful or necessary.

What about dry eyes and night driving?

Dry eye, glare, halos, and difficulty with night vision are possible. Symptoms may persist. Discuss your individual risks and the limits of treatment before deciding.

Can I understand the cost first?

Absolutely. Ask for a written quote explaining each eye, the procedure, medications, follow-up, and any potential additional treatment. Explore our cost planning guide.
