FAQ

Every objection, answered straight.

If your question is about your own anatomy or history, the free consult is the place. Everything else is below.

Surgeons and safety

Who actually operates?

The board-certified surgeon you meet at the consult. Dr. Reyes performs every face and nose procedure; Dr. Nair performs every breast and body procedure. No surprise associates, no delegating the operation.

How do I verify board certification?

On the certifying board's public website, and on the state medical board for license standing. A live site would link straight to both. Atlas is fictional, so there is nothing to verify here; a real site must make it a one-click check.

Where is surgery performed?

In an accredited surgery center with a board-certified anesthesiologist on every case and a hospital transfer agreement. Overnight nursing is included for facelifts, tummy tucks, and combined procedures.

What are the risks?

Every operation carries risks of bleeding, infection, scarring, anesthesia complications, asymmetry, and the need for revision, plus risks specific to the procedure. They are reviewed in writing before you consent, and they are why the surgeon sometimes says wait.

Price and payment

Is the website range the real price?

Yes. The all-in range includes the surgeon, facility, anesthesia, implants where relevant, and a year of follow-ups. Your free consult turns it into one written number, and nothing is added later.

How does financing work?

A two-minute application at your consult with a soft credit check. 0% for 12 months for qualified applicants; plans up to 24 months with interest. Pay off early any time. See the calculator. A live site would embed the lender's application.

When do I pay?

A deposit when you choose a surgery date, after you have the written quote. The balance two weeks before surgery. Never before the quote.

Do you offer discounts on surgery?

Not on the surgeon's fee. We take $500 off the facility fee when you book within 30 days of your consult, 15% off a second procedure's surgeon fee when combined, and 0% financing. Specials.

Consults and travel

Is the consult really free?

Yes. In person or by video, with the surgeon, with a written quote within 24 hours. Sometimes the honest answer is to wait or to do less. That is free too.

Can I do everything by video?

The consult, the quote, the planning, and the follow-ups, yes. An in-person exam two days before surgery is required for everyone. Fly-in program.

How soon can I have surgery?

Usually four to eight weeks after the consult, to allow labs, medical clearance, stopping nicotine and certain medications, and a pre-op visit.

Results

Will it look natural?

That is the job. Conservative technique, simulations on your own photos before you commit, and surgeons who will tell you when less is better.

What about scars?

Every incision leaves one. They are planned into creases, hairlines, and folds, cared for afterward, and shown to you honestly at the consult at every stage of healing.

What if I need a revision?

Minor revisions in the first year, where the surgeon agrees one is warranted, carry no surgeon's fee. Facility costs may apply and are stated up front.
