Questions
Ask us anything. Here is a start.
For questions about your own face and history, the consultation is the right place. Everything else is below.
Safety and who treats you
Who performs injectables?
Registered nurses and nurse practitioners with advanced injectable training, under a board-certified physician medical director who reviews every new plan and is on site or on call during clinic hours.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every neuromodulator and filler is sourced directly from the manufacturer or its authorized distributor, logged by lot number, and used within date. You are welcome to see the box.
What are the risks?
Bruising and swelling are common and temporary. Rarer risks include asymmetry, infection, and, for fillers, vascular occlusion, which is why we use cannulas where possible, stock dissolving agents, and train for complications annually. Every risk relevant to your treatment is explained at the consultation and in your written consent.
Who should not have treatment?
Anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, with an active infection in the area, or with certain neuromuscular, autoimmune, or bleeding conditions. Some medications also matter. The consultation screens for all of it.
Results and comfort
Will people be able to tell?
Not if we do our job. We dose conservatively, preserve expression, and review at two weeks. Most guests are told they look rested.
Does it hurt?
Wrinkle relaxers feel like a few quick pinches. Fillers and lips are numbed thoroughly first. Laser hair removal feels like a warm snap and is quick. Microneedling and RF are done under numbing cream and are tolerable. We will never tell you something is painless when it is not.
How long do results last?
Wrinkle relaxers, three to four months. Hyaluronic acid fillers, six to eighteen months depending on the area. Sculptra, up to two years. Skin and laser results build over a series and are maintained with occasional sessions. Each treatment page lists its own timing.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell us. Wrinkle relaxers are reviewed at two weeks and adjusted at no charge. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be softened or dissolved. We would always rather hear about it than have you quietly not return.
Booking and money
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes, no deposit, no obligation. You leave with a written plan and total whether or not you book.
Can I be treated the same day as my consultation?
Often, if there is room in the schedule and nothing in your history calls for a pause. First-time filler guests are sometimes asked to come back so that the decision is not rushed.
Do you offer financing?
A real practice would partner with a medical financing provider here. This concept does not include one, and nothing can be purchased on these pages.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows for treatment appointments carry a $75 fee, waived for illness. Consultations have no fee either way.
